Multi-Layer Co-Extrusion Blown
Film Lines have been successfully developed. Plastics Markets

be flexible, reliable and cost effective. Co-Extrusion blown film
is to combine two or more plastics materials during extrusion
to make multi-layer blown film tubing or sheeting which provides
optimum properties and cost. As the packaging requirements for
specific properties can not be met with single polymers extruded
in a monolayer film, co-extrusion is the best way to produce the
film you require for your specific needs. A variety of applications
including:- Grocery Bags, Merchandise Bags, Garbage Bags, Heavy
Duty Bags, Agriculture Film, Shrink Film, Stretch Wrap and Food
Packaging.

HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, MLLDPE, EVA, IONOMER, NYLON, TIE LAYER

| Tower
and Nip Roll Assemblies |
Rugged construction,
tower is constructed of heavy duty structural steel tubing
that assures stable and reliable performance. Stair, Working
Platform and Railings provided. Primary Oscillating Nip Roll
Assembly provides the most efficient way to randomize gauge
variation caused by ambient drafts, 360 degree oscillation
results in smooth and flat film roll. Standard stationary
Nip Roll assembly is also available. |
