Gradation Heat-Sealing Instrument
Machine Features:-
RTD-R1 Gradation Heat-Sealing Instrument seals the
specimen with press to test the sealing parameters
at five temperature points of laminated films, coating
paper and other heat sealing laminated films at the
same time. The seal parameters include heat seal
temperature, dwell time, and the pressure of heat
seal. Different melting point, heat stability, fluidness,
and thickness of heat seal materials could make heat
seal properties various, that cause obviously different
seal technique. Steady seal pressure, accurate dwell
time, and 6 dwell temperatures of RTD-R1 Gradation
Heat-Sealing Instrument enable users to get best heat
sealing parameters.
