Plastic Waste Recycling Machine


Machine Features:-

Direct Combination of Shredder / Extruder / Pelletizer.

- Applicable materials: HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, EVA, ABS, PS
- Suitable for: Yarn, Film, Powder and Plastic waste materials.
- Die-Face Pelletizer.
- With Venting hole. A vacuum pump is available as optional.
- Twin hydraulic cylinder type screen changer - allows changing screen without machine shut down.

Standard Components

Description
Vacuum Pump (Optional) With venting hole to evacuate air to vapour in materials. A vacuum pump is available as optional for printed material, foam material, etc. Mainly to remove excess gas and liquid.
Nip Roller (Optional) For use when recycling whole rolls of film waste.
Shredding Drum Plastic waste material will be fed by the conveyor into the shredder. Shredding is done using high speed rotating knives.
Die Face Pelletizer The die face pelletizer ensures uniform pellets.
(The size of pellet can be adjusted.)
Twin Hydraulic Cylinder
Type Screen Changer		 When pressure exceeds the highest preset value , twin hydraulic cylinder type screen changer allows changing the screen without machine shut down.
Vibrating Dryer Uses two vibrating motors to seperate the pellets from water.
Centrifuge A centrifugal device expels water from the pellets
