Machine Features:-

For Injection Moulders, small extruders, and central blending. To Blend Natural, Regrind, Colour and additives at the throat of the machine or on a specialised stand for central blending.
1. Accuracy and high efficiency Material flow rates are constantly monitored and automatically compensated for any disperse errors.
2. Cost Saving To save money by eliminating calibration time and waste of colour and additives.
3. Weight Chamber Four materials dispensed separately from the hopper compartments into a single weight chamber which calibrates the weight by load cells.

Load cell readings that have been compromised by machine shock or vibration are detected and discarded. It is immune to vibration.
4. Easy Operation Load hopper with material and set percentage desired on micro processor then turn it on.
5. Low Level Alarm When the material runs out the Low Level Alarms is initiated.
6. Material Quality Management Captures quantity of material used.
