Pro Line extruders offer an alternative for flexible applications requiring small diameter, multi-purpose extruders or specific purpose extruders utilized in the plastics industry.

Their versatile design features allow unlimited applications, alternate positioning for the process, or combinations of both.

The extruders are built to a heavy duty service standard as outlined in the extruder features (Construction features listed below). They are compact and have the highest quality components engineered and built into the design for long life and minimum maintenance.

Most models listed are available for immediate or short delivery periods (depending on motor specifications) and are offered as standard machines as listed in the table. If special requirements are required, longer delivery times may be necessary.

Construction Features

Versatile construction of machine by modular design. The extruder can be bought in bench top configuration, with screw centerline of 6" from base, totally integrated.

The bench top style can be added to a base mount frame to allow for 40" centerline for mounting on the floor. Or, the bench top style can be fitted easily and quickly to an adjustable type pedestal which allows extruder positioning from 24" to 65" screw centerline and with angular movement off the horizontal of 45 degrees upward and downward.
